I wasn’t really expecting it to arrive that fast, but then it just showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. Always a good feeling when shipping doesn’t drag on forever...

I ordered a custom controller and overall the updates were good. The emails were clear, and they let me know when the order moved to the next step, so I wasn’t sitting there totally confused about what was happening.
The only thing that bugged me was the slow reply time. One response took a couple days, and the waiting on replies was a little annoying, even though they did answer my question once they got back to me. Communication was good overall, just slow in spots, slow enough that I noticed it. I’d still order again.

I’ve had mine for a while now and it’s still working fine. Nothing fancy to say really, but I haven’t had any issues with it so far.

I ordered a custom controller from evilcontrollers.com, and overall the site worked okay. A few of the options were a little confusing though, and I had to keep going back to double-check what I had selected. To be fair, I probably picked a bad time to do it because I was already in a rush, so that made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it might have been otherwise.
Checkout itself was easy, but I wish the delivery time and any extra costs had been clearer earlier in the process instead of showing up near the end. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping for, and the timing on my end definitely didn’t help.

I’ve been using this controller for a bit, it feels sturdy and well made. The buttons are a little stiff at first, which isn’t ideal, but it doesn’t feel cheap or like it’s going to fall apart. For the price, it feels like a fair deal, and I appreciate when a product actually holds up instead of being something you have to replace right away.

Controller showed up basically exactly how I built it online. Colors, buttons, all matched, no weird surprises. Really happy with it.

I had a question about my order and, to be fair, support got back to me faster than I expected. It wasn’t totally perfect or anything, but they did help me sort things out, so overall it was fine.

I had an issue with my controller after a few months, so I sent it in for a warranty repair. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled, they kept me updated along the way and got it fixed. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but in the end I’m satisfied with the service...

I wasn’t totally sure at first since it wasn’t the cheapest controller I’d seen, but after using it, the quality does feel worth the price. The custom options didn’t make the cost jump too much either, which was nice. I think overall I’m happy with the value.

Rapid fire works great, just how I hoped it would. No issues yet so far, happy with it
